Shipping
Every order ships fully insured, with signature on delivery. Standard delivery is complimentary; express delivery is available at checkout.
Returns
Unworn pieces in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Custom and engraved pieces are made for you and cannot be returned.
Warranty
AVICCI fine jewelry is covered against manufacturing defects. Prong checks and cleaning are complimentary at any appointment.
Resizing
Rings may be resized once within the first year. Eternity bands and some settings cannot be resized; your jeweler will advise.
Diamonds and certificates
Center diamonds are sold with a grading report from an independent laboratory such as GIA or IGI, named on the product page.
Prices and products
Sample prices for the investor preview. Final prices are set when AVICCI’s catalog goes live. Product images are design renders. The sample diamonds carry no grading report.
Privacy
Your wishlist, bag, orders, appointment requests, saved designs and gift options are stored only in this browser. There are no analytics or tracking pixels, and nothing is sent to a server. The camera is used only if you tap Start camera on the Try-On page; the video stays in this browser tab and is never recorded or uploaded, and a photo is saved only when you tap Take photo. Fonts are served from this site.
